Learning 247 Club Platform Terms of Service (TOS)

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the Learning 247 Club Platform (“Platform”), you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, you may not use the Platform.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old to use the Platform.

If you are under the age of majority in your region, you must have permission from a parent or guardian.

3. Your Account

You are responsible for:

keeping your login credentials secure

any activity that occurs under your account

reporting suspicious activity immediately

The Platform may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.

4. User‑Generated Content

You retain ownership of the content you create, including:

avatars

HTML/CSS

themes

posts

layouts

creative works

By using the Platform, you grant the Platform owner a non‑exclusive license to store, display, and process your content solely for Platform functionality.

5. Prohibited Conduct

You agree not to:

upload or embed external URLs, scripts, executables, or remote content

attempt to bypass security, sanitization, or sandboxing

impersonate others

harass, threaten, or harm other users

exploit vulnerabilities

reverse‑engineer or attempt to access restricted systems

distribute malware or harmful code

use the Platform for illegal or abusive purposes

6. Platform Ownership

The Platform, its code, design, architecture, and systems are owned by the Platform owner (Herein, Hiiasf | Learning 247 Club).

You may not:

redistribute the Platform

clone or fork the Platform

host or deploy the Platform yourself

use the Platform to build a competing service

7. Modding & Extensions

Users may create:

themes

avatar styles

layouts

rooms

add‑ons

…but only if they do not copy, redistribute, or expose Platform code.

8. Termination

The Platform may suspend or terminate accounts that:

violate these terms

compromise security

distribute harmful content

attempt to clone or redistribute the Platform

9. No Warranty

The Platform is provided “as is,” without warranty of any kind.

10. Changes to Terms

The Platform owner may update these Terms at any time. Continued use constitutes acceptance.
